A group of enthusiastic neighbors first came together on July 22, 2004 to discuss the formation of a neighborhood group. Residents were in agreement that the neighborhood association would be of great benefit and have been meeting regularly since that time. The start-up group was also in agreement that the neighborhood association would be focused on helping neighbors meet one another, increase our ability to share information, support one another, have fun, meet the needs of the different age groups in the neighborhood, and maintain the great neighborhood that we all believe we have including neighborhood watch type activities. There are no official memberships or dues. We aim to serve the needs and represent the residents, homeowners and renters, in the boundary area. Residents aged 16 and older are able to vote on issues at meetings when the need arises, though we aim to achieve consensus in our decision-making.
