  2. 2020 Walking Wednesday: Neighborhood Application

  3. Walking Wednesday is a walk through your neighborhood with neighbors, City officials, City Council members, Lansing Police Officers, and anyone else who may be interested in the assets of your neighborhood, and the areas of improvement or interest. These events are typically held on a Wednesday during spring, summer, or early fall.

  4. A Walking Wednesday event typically lasts 2 hours and the route is predetermined once scheduled with Neighborhood Organization input. The route may be changed or canceled due to weather and at the discretion of the Department of Neighborhoods Citizen Engagement. Civic Organizations should be prepared to speak on camera about the assets and highlights of their neighborhoods.
